Please also remember to include the following information during checkout for any additional team members you’re registering for (up to 6):

Your draw ticket will be mailed out between May 1st to May 26th, 2025.

Your donation for participating will be matched up to 50% by Shaw Birdies for Kids presented by Altalink.

Registration details:

  • $300.00 for a team of six – with the Team Name and the names, emails and mailing addresses of each team member, included in the notes section.
