The Women in Technology Program is a free, integrated skills training program that combines employability skills upgrading, technical training (in the field of web development), and hands-on work experience to produce employment outcomes for immigrant and indigenous women in Calgary.

Well - Get ready to look awesome! My Best Friend’s Closet provides teenage girls from low-income households with clothing and accessories to meet their school and recreational needs.

Dress for Success Calgary’s Working Women’s Group is an 8-week cohort-based program offered to help employed women develop skills and knowledge that can propel them to a sustainable career.  

Any currently employed woman is eligible to attend our weekly sessions for 8 weeks, offered via Zoom, which will feature expert speakers on a wide range of professional and personal development topics.

This 8-week program is designed to help women learn basic computer and introductory technology skills. Each session is based on the needs and abilities of the group, and fosters a sense of community while building new skills. WEDL is designed for women with CLB English level 3 or 4 and is open to non-binary and gender-diverse people.
