Shari Graydon is an award-winning author, speaker, spoken word poet and advocate. She’s worked as a newspaper columnist, TV producer and press secretary to a BC premier. Since creating Informed Opinions in 2010, she has trained thousands of women and gender diverse experts to share their subject matter insights more accessibly and engagingly through the media to make Canada more democratic. Her advocacy work has been recognized with a Governor General’s Award in Commemoration of the Persons Case, and honors from Women of Influence and the Top 100 Most Powerful Women.

Making Changes acknowledges the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy which includes the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai, the Tsuut’ina Nation and Stoney Nakoda Nations of Chiniki, Bearspaw and Wesley and the Metis people of Alberta, Regions 5 & 6. We honour the hardships that were endured by the peoples on this land to allow us to be in this space to do the work that we do in our community. We respect the culture of the peoples who walk through our doors and we strive to provide space for them.
