The Women in Technology Program is a free, integrated skills training program that combines employability skills upgrading, technical training (in the field of web development), and hands-on work experience to produce employment outcomes for immigrant and indigenous women in Calgary.

Dress for Success Calgary operates as a division of Making Changes and offers a free customized wardrobe to help you make the best first impression with employers. Dress For Success’s mandate is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Well - Get ready to look awesome! My Best Friend’s Closet provides teenage girls from low-income households with clothing and accessories to meet their school and recreational needs.

Dress for Success Calgary’s Working Women’s Group is an 8-week cohort-based program offered to help employed women develop skills and knowledge that can propel them to a sustainable career.  

Any currently employed woman is eligible to attend our weekly sessions for 8 weeks, offered via Zoom, which will feature expert speakers on a wide range of professional and personal development topics.
