Elias is an experienced sales & technical instructor who combines his passion for teaching with an enthusiasm for technology. He is focused on delivering Sales and Technical training content to Microsoft customers and partners to increase technology adoption and usage of cloud infrastructure services. 

Prior to joining Microsoft, Elias was also a Senior Technical Trainer at Amazon Web Services. Elias has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years and has held various technical positions covering architecture, operations management, and technical support within a global enterprise.

He lives in Milton Mills, NH, and is married to Jessie Crocket, a mystery writer. He enjoys reading, science fiction movies, and stand-up paddle boarding in the ocean.

Elias is a member of the #Toastmasters International.
