I volunteer for the magic of it. Volunteering creates a little weave from which we connect to strangers, and from that weave, we help each other form the magical fabric of shared experience. Volunteering reminds me that after all, we are all just humans intertwined with other humans, and we all need each other sometimes, usually more than we think!

Corinn Claydon is a program and change management consultant driven to make a difference. She integrates strategy, project planning, multiple methodologies, and organizational change management practices to run projects and portfolios, facilitate change and inspire people to meet their objectives.

For over two decades, she has delivered projects and professional services, led transformation, and advised leaders and sponsors of change. Her experience is rooted in IT, spanning oil and gas, technology, engineering, software development, and the non-profit sectors.

Corinn has led enterprise project delivery standardization, portfolio management practices, enterprise system deployments, corporate policy initiatives, and division-wide/company-wide process implementation, re-engineering, and standardization. Corinn enjoys the consultative nature of her work, coaching individuals, and facilitating groups to innovate, collaborate, and improve the way they work.

Currently, she volunteers with Making Changes as a career advisor, The United Way GAIN team as a leadership coach, and works with non-profit organizations as a management consultant.
